The attendant at the gate, instructed me to park in a covered location and the bus driver immediately arrived to assist in any way. I have also encountered employees in training and they drive same mentality.Pros of this location in Atlanta:- Location of lot is very well positioned- Parking distribution is very well organized- from the moment you drive in, the staff is alert to guide and assist.- pickup is efficient- Reserving your spot is very well worth it.- given a card with row and parking spot for your return- Buses are new, well taken care off and very clean.Cons of this location:- No cons, but you have to be careful if flying domestic as the lot and drop off/ pickup is within the International Terminal.Important (American Airline) travelers note:- if you are flying domestic in AA, print your boarding pass so you can enter checkpoint at the International terminal.There is no better long term parking space facility better than FastPark!?✈️ Because of this, FastPark today is my absolute first choice, not mattering the price.Their leadership project a customer oriented environment. I used Fast Park back in April for my first plane flight. It relieves you of the frustration of getting in and out of the airport. I referred my sister and her family here.

She set up an account, and supposedly received free parking for this past Sunday. She said when she got to the attendant, she gave the attendant her account number, and told her that she had free parking for a day, which her family may have been only a couple of hours. She said the attendant gave her a ticket, and told her that she would have to get back in line to use her referral. After taking their son to the airport, and returning to Fast Park to leave, she said she was charged $4. Why would she have have to pay $4 for half a day.This makes no sense at all. If this is the way things are done, I will not be referring anyone else. Apparently, the attendant was new, and didnt know what she was doing. This occurred on the morning of 11/17/19. Very poor service available during the early morning hours. My husband and I arrived around three in the morning for a five o clock flight out. When we pulled up to the gate there was nobody to instruct us on where to park or take our information. We simply took a ticket from their automated machine, the gate flashed green and opened, and we found an available spot.
